Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Snoooper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. The Service

Snoooper provides automated monitoring of publicly accessible Shopify storefront data, including inventory levels, product variants, and pricing. The Service infers sales velocity and restock patterns from this public data. We do not access, store, or process any private store data, authentication credentials, or non-public information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any store's private data.
  • Resell or redistribute Service outputs without written permission.
  • Use automated means to abuse or overload our systems.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

5. Data accuracy

Snoooper provides best-effort inventory intelligence based on publicly visible data. Inventory estimates are inferred and may not reflect exact stock levels. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not make critical business decisions based solely on Snoooper data without independent verification.

6. Intellectual property

The Snoooper platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Crawled data displayed through the Service is sourced from public storefronts and remains the property of the respective store owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoooper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on Service data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
